Mrs Joanna Farbon - Headteacher
I have the privilege of being Headteacher at Cranfield. I have overall responsibility of driving school improvement, developing our Christian Character and working with Governors on making Cranfield the very best school to educate children both academically, spiritually and morally. I enjoy spending time at both Saint Peter's and Saint Paul's Sites each week, and working with my superb Deputies, Mrs Dormer and Mr Piatczanyn.
Mrs Jo Dormer - Deputy Headteacher & SENDCo
I am delighted to hold the post of Deputy Headteacher at Cranfield and am based at Saint Peter's Site in Court Road. I have a passion for ensuring every child reaches their full potential within a safe, nurturing environment and am therefore proud to be the school's Inclusion Leader, supporting children with Special & Medical Needs, in addition to those who are our most able, or who have English an Additional Language. I am jointly responsible for Safeguarding within the school, alongside Mr Piatczanyn.
Mr Joseph Piatczanyn - Deputy Headteacher & Pre-School Senior Leader
Having been at Cranfield Academy since being a newly qualified teacher and having been Key Stage Leader of both Key Stage One and Two and Assistant Headteacher, I am delighted to now be working alongside Mrs Dormer as a second Deputy Headteacher, based at our second site, Saint Paul's. I have a strong passion for our school motto of “enjoying, achieving and learning” and am passionate about developing our Academy's strong Christian and Values-based ethos. I am the school's assessment and data leader, lead Values and Worship, our fantastic team's professional development and also the communications received by parents.
Mr Tom Hearn - Key Stage Two Leader
Mrs Lisa Edmond - Reception LeaderI am delighted to be the Reception leader at Cranfield. Having taught elsewhere for over 12 years I joined Cranfield as a Reception class teacher. I quickly discovered a passion for working with some of the youngest children in our school, so was delighted to take on the role of Reception Leader this academic year. I am also the leader for Mathematics across the school and enjoy seeing and playing a part in the impact the school's super teaching has on our children.
