Inclusion

Little Cranes Pre School is committed to ensuring access for all children to the setting regardless of any additional need or disability they may have.

Mrs Sisson is our Pre-School Leader and Teacher who takes responsibility for the day to day provision for all children with a Special Educational Need or Disability, any child with English as an Additional Language and also supports in the delivery of support for children in receipt of Early Years Pupil Premium.

Mrs Sisson is supported by Mrs Judd, the Assistant Headteacher and SENDCo for Cranfield Church of England Academy. She is also supported by the staff team within Little Cranes Pre-School who, as part of their responsibilities, all play a pivotal role in delivering the very best support and opportunities for every child within the setting.

Mrs Sisson will liaise with parents and external professionals as appropriate in order to deliver high quality support in collaboration with everyone involved in the care for a child.

It is likely that should a child have a high level of need, the provision for this child will be led by Mrs Judd. Examples of situations like this may be when applying for an EHC plan for a child, or when a child has a complex medical condition.
